SMALL EVENTS
Ideal for baby showers, birthday parties, reunions, meetings, graduations, holiday meals, and similar gatherings. Typical events host 30-60 guests and are short duration.
Monday – Thursday
$150 per hour
4-hour minimum ($600 minimum)
Friday
$250 per hour
4-hour minimum ($1,000 minimum)
Saturday
$250 per hour
6-hour minimum ($1,500 minimum)
Sunday
$200 per hour
4-hour minimum ($800 minimum)
**Additional Time: Any time beyond the minimum is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
**Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $500 refundable cleaning deposit required for all hourly events. Deposit is returned following the event once all cleaning items are completed.

Weddings
We offer All Day Pricing and a Weekend Package to accommodate your special reception or both the ceremony and reception with plenty of space for you to get creative.
All Day Pricing
Book our beautiful venue all day to host your wedding reception, giving you plenty of time for set up and tear down.

**Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $500
**In order to secure your date, we would need a 50% down payment plus the refundable cleaning fee of $500. One-day rentals can only be booked for a reception. If you plan on having the ceremony as well, you will need to book a weekend package.
Weekend Package
This extended rental give you plenty of time for decorating, rehearsal activities, celebrating with family and friends, and cleanup without feeling rushed.

- Setup and decorating
- Teardown after the event

- Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen items used during the event
- Take out all trash
- Sweep floors
